My beautiful apartment is located in the incredible East Village neighborhood. Ground floor that faces the back of the building and you have your own backyard. The first bedroom has a private entrance to the backyard and closet space. The second bedroom is very comfortable too with cable t.v. Please note the apartment has two true and separate bedrooms and a living room area all with TV, WiFi etc.
(update: upgraded the sheets, added extra towels and upgraded outdoor furniture)
The entire apartment has hardwood floors and the kitchen has granite counter tops with brand new fixtures. Sandy was rough but the renovation is beautiful:).
The neighborhood is fantastic with everything from boutique shops, restaurants, bars, parks, trails, river board walk all within walking distance. There are two bus lines that run by the building that take you crosstown and downtown. They both run all day long. The historic Tompkins square park is at the corner for your enjoyment. The park has a little something for everyone (grassy knoll, kids parks, dog parks, benches, sometimes free concerts)
Feel free to inquire and visit my home in NYC! Please note that some dates do cost more i.e. national holidays such as 4th of July, Memorial Day weekend etc. and the summer in general as it seems that when everyone wants to come to the city!!!:)"
I may be flexible for arrival or departure times however must be coordinated prior to arrival.
